Aziz Foundation Masters Scholarship
Eligible Universities
The Aziz Foundation offers scholarships to candidates studying Masters degrees at universities that are part of the Preferred Partner scheme. Currently, 48 institutions have met the criteria for admission.
Scholarships are available for Masters courses at these eligible institutions. For universities where specific courses are not listed, all courses within eligible subject areas are considered.

Eligible criteria for the Aziz Foundation Masters Scholarship:
- Home Fee Status: Applicants must be eligible for Home fee status.
- Community Engagement: Active involvement in a Muslim community, with a strong understanding of issues impacting British Muslim communities.
- Commitment to Societal Development: A demonstrated long-term dedication to improving community and societal development within the UK.
- Relevant Course Impact: Demonstrate how the chosen course will enhance your effectiveness in one of the following key areas:
- Advocacy & Public Perception: Improving Muslim representation, combating Islamophobia, and transforming perceptions of British Muslims in society.
- Community Service & Social Development: Raising aspirations and standards within British Muslim communities.
This scholarship is for those passionate about making a positive difference in the UK’s Muslim communities and beyond.
Selection Process
Additional sub-criteria
In addition to the above criteria, candidates must also meet the following requirements:
- Excellent understanding of their chosen industry and how to progress within it, with relevant, prior experience and/or achievements in the field
- Knowledge of how the course will enable them to generate social impact
